Privacy Policy

TailoredCoverLetter is a single-purpose tool: you paste a résumé and a job posting, and we return a tailored cover letter, rewritten résumé bullets, and an ATS keyword check.

What we store

The résumé and job text you submit are held only as long as needed to generate your result — a temporary record that auto-deletes within about one hour. Your generated result is cached for up to 24 hours so you can re-download it, then removed. We do not require an account and do not ask for your name.

AI processing

Your text is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the result. It is not used to train any model. See Anthropic's commercial data-handling terms for details.

Payments

The tool is currently free — no payment details are collected. If we introduce paid options, payments will be processed by Stripe and we will never see or store your card details.
